Desi Strong **CHALLENGE** for Isaiah!
Good Morning & Happy Thursday to all of our supporters, followers & prayer warriors! I have a really important request from you all...
**CHALLENGE**
4-year old Isaiah is one of our kiddos we are helping. He has been battling Leukemia for over a year. Life has not been easy for Hope 4 Isaiah but he continues to smile, dance & sing through treatment. He is a rockstar warrior.
Cancer affects the entire family. His mama, Maria, is a single mother of 6 children. She is a kind, humble & proud woman. Maria has 4 children of her own & has custody of her niece & nephew who she is currently in the process of adopting. She's been on this journey by herself for over a year & is drowning. Refusing to leave Isaiah's side during treatment took a toll on this family financially and they are now facing foreclosure of their home. There are so many things that we cannot control when we hear a cancer diagnosis and it's paralyzing... I honestly believe that we can save this family's home, a place that symbolizes security, safety and comfort. I'm asking each one of you to think about that for a minute. Even if all you can donate is $1, each one of your dollars counts and that all adds up!
Part of Desi's legacy is to share the same love, commitment, hope & support that she so graciously received. As a community based foundation that never wants a family to feel like they are doing this on their own we stand strong with Isaiah & his family.
